Return Eligibility

- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original packaging/tags
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (if marked non-returnable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide:
Order ID
Product details
Clear images/video of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve your request within 1–2 business days
Pickup & Reverse Shipping
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable)
If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product
In case of self-shipping, courier charges will be reimbursed (if applicable)
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after:
- Product inspection and approval
Refund methods:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy
Replacement is available for size issues or damaged products
